Senior UX Designer

Working as a UX designer in the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team. Currently leading the Wealth Dashboard designs for both local and global markets. I ensure that all designs from different designers are cohesive across markets. I work along with Digital Product Managers, Business stake holders and product owners on our products and services roadmaps.

As a UX designer I work on discovery design of new products, user flows, wireframes, customer journey maps, user testing, prototype mockups, as well as the final high fidelity wireframe to be then handed to UI. Design works include a variety of HSBC Wealth Investment products including: Wealth Dashboard Hong Kong, Foreign Exchange (Lifestyle FX), Financial Planner (RM + Customer), Funds (HSBC FlexInvest), and education products.

Transitioned into UX and focusing on web and the handy mobile platform. Rebranded the handy mobile UI and UX experience for client facing. Helped with developing the OTA website Luxos Select.
